Class Descriptions

SweatySmiles BabyBoomers Combo:

Cardio/Weights  50 to 55 min

Class starts with a warm-up and leads into a 20 to 25 minute low impact cardio workout 

Followed by lightweight training strength and balance. Cooldown and Stretch.

Music is fun dance and classics from the '50s, '60s, '70s, and the occasional '80s.

Grin-n-Zen Gentle Yoga 

50 to 55 min

Slow-paced yoga class emphasizing stretching and balance.  Modified sun salutes. No complete inversions. Safe for senior clients. Can also be a great way to introduce yourself to yoga.

 

SweatySmiles Cardio Dance 

40 to 45 min

Starts with a fun danced base warm-up.

Then you will learn an easy to follow dance combination. Cool down and Stretch

 Music genres will vary.
